Learning Teachers are heading to their goal

Before one year we ( Trivikraman master Gopinath Mannazhi and me Manoj kottakkal  started this team for empowering teachers in the field of teaching aids. 

Our Vision and Mission

1 .  To support teachers for developing teaching aids.

2 .  To enrich Sastrolsavam by thr particiation of teachers in the field of teaching aids.

3 .  To enrich class rooms by innovative teaching aids.

With in one year we had many markable achivements both direct and indirect

1  We had conducted 10 teaching aid development workshops and many more workshops are conducted in    various subdistrict 

2  Various subject teachers are coming forward to develop such self empowering teams in the district

3 Many educationalists are realising this way of motivated training among teachers.

4. DIET Malappuram and district officials marked this activity as the best educational program.

5. Only holidays are the working hours of Learning Teachers.and all the expenses are  met by the participants itself.

Learning Teaches- a UP Science teachers platform from Malappuram district for empoweing teachers.

Learning Teachers is an innavative platform of UP Science teachers for empowering  teachers
Self motivated teachers who gathers to make teaching aids in holidays is the main speciality of this work.
May be the first team started working in this motive.

Malappuram DIET is patronising and encouraging this team with a project Learning Teacher Initiative

Aims

We gathered in 10 holidays last year for our creative workshops and made more than  150 teaching aids last year.

Now many workshops are going on through out the state from this motivation.
